This product really helps to protect against heat damage, and repair previous damage. I have really fine hair, so I have to be careful about what products I use in my hair...something too heavy can really weigh it down and make it look flat. This product actually feels really light in my hair, and makes it feel so soft. The smell is awesome too. I use this product daily, before blow drying. I mix this with a little bit of Redken Sheer Straight, and apply throughout my hair. It doesn't make my hair feel stiff or sticky at all, and it has a great smell too!
